My first OOBE

january 26, 2016-3:28 pm.. i do succeed in OOBE/ ASTRAL PROJECTION...for the first time with my awareness...at first i thought i wasnt going to sleep...my body suddenly enter in a sleep paralysis itself and i cant control it then follows the whole vibration and tingling in my whole body...then i felt my whole physical body numb,and just conciously felt my astral body going out as if it tries to reach something above the ceiling...thats the time i realize OMG! Im astral projecting....i manage to control and egnore the vibrations and successfully my astral body float unto the ceiling went through the roof...i have all the five senses with me....i can see,i can touch, smell, feel and i do see and remember everything out there in the astral plane..its just very quick that i felt i was about to go back in my physical body when everythings seems to fade away and it felt like a magnet going back into my physical self...3:40pm i was already back in physical world...
Such quit a nice experience to share to everyone....i just hope to do it again and see others there.....

It's always great to see another fellow traveler!

In the beginning it is "very quick", almost like you are being shown a "sneak peek" or "Trailer" on what's to come. But you will learn how to navigate this new "area" and when you do you will find that your staying power will grow exponentially.

There's another sense to discover too, I'll let you find this out when a few more experiences have occurred. It's in the physical too but not many understand it so it get ignored.

2nd time of A.P. i did it soo smoothly....went to place where i want to go and saw people i already  knew.... 2:20pm back in physical world. quite long then....sooo like it! Its true that when u astral....you will see some people out there its just that when you talk to them, they seem to look drunk coz they dont have theyre conciousness along with them.

Well done, keep doing what you're doing. It's strange how some of the characters seem asleep, this will change in time. They become more alive and will interact with you when you are ready.

It sounds like you have found yourself in what Robert Monroe calls "Focus 22". In that "area, everyone seems to be in a zombie/comatose like state.

From what I read the reason why you were not out long on the fist one and the is the same reason why you were out longer on the other and that reason is the physical body. If you stay close to it for a long period you will be sucked back in ending your experience quickly, you were out longer because you were away from the body. Remember to always get as far away from the body as possible, your experiences will last longer.
