Hey!
Try making a dream diary. Get a book and keep it near to the place you wake up with a pen at the ready.
When you settle to sleep, do a visionary exercise - like floating down a relaxing river. Keep as conciouse as possible, but relaxed enough so you dont resist sleep.
Try to keep taking note of everything you see in great detail.

It all starts out non-Lucid...

I was sitting on my bed in my bedroom at one of my previous houses.  And I opened the window.  I saw SpongeBob with Butterfly wings(Pretty colours btw []).  I said, "Hey Spongebob!"  
And he was like, "Wanna come out to fly?"
I tried to open the window then I pushed the screen out.  I said, "Sure... but, Im afraid that I might fall."
He said, "Well, don't be."
I turned and saw butterfly wings come out of my back.  I said, "Im scared."
He said, "Take my hand."
I took his hand and it felt strange flying.  xD It was such an awesome feeling, though.  Then he said, "Okay.. Im letting go."
He let go and I was falling down... then I float back up.

Yey! The lucid part xD
"Woop!  This is such an awesome dream!  I wish I could see Lee Min Woo(My fave singer xD)..." I said.
All of a sudden.. Spongebob turned into Lee Min Woo.  xD  I was like, "WoAH! That's creepy!"
So I landed and started running.  My old friend was right besides me.  I said,"Oh man, Kriza!  Im having a lucid dream!"
We were running towards something. [?]  We ran into this house with other people ... they were guarding something.  And strange thing of it is.. the people that were guarding it... were all the people I saw around or met.  So I didnt know half the people.  I was like, "WTH?  Now it's boring!"
But then it got even more boring xD  We left the place and started running up these hills... then it stopped being lucid and it was boring xD

Kk.. Im done xD  I haven't had a lucid dream in awhile.  But what I didn't understand was... I woke up like 3x during the dream but it just continued my dream.. still lucid!!  o.O; It was strange.  Oh yeah..

My question is.. How do you make it where you have lucid dreams more often?
