Extremely vivid dream what energy did i use and can i use it in this reality

Okay last night i went to bed with the intension to project myself but i had no success at doing so because i was laying on my bed(Which keeps me to awake). I was focusing on my third eye the whole time and drifting into trance and out of trance the whole time staying on the border between being awake and being asleep(This is what happen when i lay on my back). I then later got to mentally exhausted because i kept it at that for almost two hours without results(As i haven't been trying to project for a year now). A drifted of into a sleep and it was extremely lucid and this morning i can remember it unlike the other dreams i had where i could not remember them at all(The attempts at projecting seems to increase the remembering ability of my dreams as they are not that clustered) . I had a real lucid dream of being with friends of mine at a campus surrounded by girls and other people i do not know. They were playing with cards and got the idea to play a game. My one friend was tested before me. We were standing on a stoop but it was very high like that of a roof from a house. They tested him daring that he would jump from the top without hurting himself. He then did so; he jumped and landed softly.

It was now my turn and i did not even know the people(My gf was present between the crowd and held my hand telling me to acknowledge the fact that i can do anything). They had a deck of cards with them. I do not remember the name the had for it and also did not know how the card looked that they wanted me to create and so i asked them to show it to me. It was the card with the king on it(Do now know the English name for it but they did name it in English). What they dared me to do is to re-create the same type of card by carving it out on the ground using nothing but energy and i was not allowed to touch the ground at all. I then told them that i can do it(I am very self confident within my dreams because there is nothing i can not do within it and i got that confidence from my flying dreams i have since i can remember up to now). I was also on the stoop which was high and i had to re-create the card on the ground by using energy.

I did not have to think about what to do it was just a matter of knowing. The person who had the card; i just turned toward the guy and took hard and deep breathes like Chris Angel does when attempting to levitate. I stretched out my arms in front of me and toward him and the pocket where he kept the king card. Then i fastly closed my hands like i was avoiding someone grabbing something from me and did a backward pulling action like i am attempting to grab the soul of the cards from the deck(I just did this because it was as if i have been doing it for long and knew that it would work) With the backward pull i felt a brush of energy surging through my arms and jumped of the stoop in a backward motion going down with my head first and hands stretched out in front of me. I then allowed the energy to push down ward to avoid me from landing hard and started releasing the energy from the palms of my hands and i could see the form of a card being crafted on the ground like someone were drawing it with a stick while i was doing it(I had a problem). It was the form of the card but it still just looked like ground being drawn on. They wanted it to look real. I do not where i got this energy from which i used next it was just a reaction and i was screaming ahahah while pushing my hands down ward and a red fire like energy was released from the palms of my hands. The heat was so hot and real that within the dream as well as on the bed here i this reality my hands was burning especially my fingertips. It was like the energy was released from my palms but the fingertips was focusing it to create the form i wanted. I had to blast this energy into the form i created and it got red and was starting to burn out the exact form of the card and i was overheating but had success though. I was wondering what type of energy was that and sorry for my bad English

Wow, that was a great story. It reminds me one of my dreams.
In a dream I had a conflict with some person, and I understood that I couldn't do anything to convince him, so I became angry, ssssooooo angry that I launched myself like a rocket through the window and straight into the sky, and then it was like a blast of bright green explosion coming out of me and I woke up, and felt ashamed that I became so angry in a dream, but anyway I felt excited. My heart was beating fast, and eyes felt like after looking at a bright light.
Maybe it was something similar to your red energy.
