A lot of grey-types see themselves as the victims, like the rest of us. There have been plenty of instances where they were victimized by humans or one of our off-world cousins. They are not always that rational, and not always beyond racism.

If you know how to go into a trance or lucid dream, you might want to find the source of these happenings. It might not be a grey at all, but someone trying to give them a bad reputation (or possibly giving a valid warning about certain grey types)

I wish they can contact me friendly to clear what happened. I've reading about certain grey types with negative purposes, I wish I could meet friendly entities in the astral plane, I'm tired of negative or stand alone experiences, and fight with negative entities, my unique friend in astral was a gargoyle who escort me two times in diferent experiences, the other was a guide that I summoned and it didn´t told anything, besides... it was a crow xD.

If you wanna go out and play in this galaxy, you have to be willing to get a bloody nose. Several weeks ago a rogue group of about 30 grays took over my mind and made me cry for about 36 hours straight. They made me write letters to all my loved ones telling me that I was going to die.

Since that moment, I have devoted every day to my training, so that it will not happen again. To be honest I'm actually a little grateful for what they did. They have made me stronger then I ever thought I could become.

Greys tend to be unfeeling for a reason - it's a psychological defense. If a psychic predator gets a hold of you and you panic or get really mad, they win. You're firing off a physical defense against a psychological threat. But if you're mentally unresponsive to them, there's nothing they can do. You can't easily get into a Grey's mind and scare them into doing things.

I've learned to spot when a psychic predator gets into my dreams and starts manipulating things. Usually they'll jerk me around or create false awakenings. Now I just laugh and make fun of them, and they leave out of frustration

My training consists of daily martial arts and energy body development training. Long meditative sessions with the use of my assistive technology and research into gray psychology.

I have a 4th density Samarui sword that scares the crap out of the grays that come over here. Often when I do my daily training they will usually sit there and watch me.

Will meditating several days ago I was attacked yet again by a group of grays. My lower three chakras started to burn and I could hardly move. Out of know where I get a glimpse of a man with a sword coming out of my wall and he slices about 5 of their heads clean off. My jaw dropped and I said, 'thank you'. He looked right at me and I could tell it was me (future me). He then replied, 'thank yourself', and took off.

They appear to be quite physical in the 4th density and once you take their heads, they appear to die. They will swear and get very angry, so they either die or it's a pretty big inconvenience for them.

Well that's peculiar. So your future self went back to save his own former life, thereby making his existence possible.

I fell into a trance one time and got one of those 3-second messages. It informed me that a version of myself from the future had come to the present to make a change. (I don't know what it was) I wondered if - in the future - I would now be obligated to go back in time and make the change, as I was apparently fated to do. But apparently it doesn't work that way. My potential future self had gone back and made a change, but that altered the path of events so I don't actually need to go back in time now.

In effect, my present was changed by a potential future self that rendered itself nonexistent, almost without me knowing.

xD yea man, so I just need to know they can be defeated, in that case I'll be valiant next time I see another gray, of course I'll not start a fight if It can works being polite with them.

You must teach me something about you technology or what you do, I really want to learn a lot of OBE's, the problem is that I need to work 45 hours per week :S that lets me dry

It's a good idea to learn how develop non-linear communications with your higher self (i.e. past and future self). I have been studying time for while now and I can only imagine how much I know about it years from now in the future. These grays aren't going to know what to do with me when I start learning how to project through time and space.

Another good way to destroy them is to call upon the archangels angels in the 5th density. As with the 4th density I'm learning to project to the 5th very quickly. Although, the gravity is quite intense, you only need to stay there for under a minute to usually spot an archangel. Just yell for help as loud as you can and as many times as possible, focusing all your energy into your green and blue energy centers. Then these guys will descend upon the grays and you'll watch them run away like scared children.

With those angels - I would advise not getting help from them, ever. I'll admit I've gotten a hand from them at least once, but this was before I knew the truth. I've been studying them for over a decade now, and they are perhaps the worst of the worst. They're just good at putting on a benevolent appearance. Greys fear them because even the worst greys are not as bad as the average angel

The Lemurians seem to like me because I have all their crystals. I will often meditate with two of the big crystals in my hands and draw the energy in directly from the crystals into my chakras. Knowledge from them seems to be uploaded into my subconscious mind when I draw the energy into my body. The entity named Jasmine has communicated with me about a dozen or so times and can generate ridiculous amounts of energy. She resides on a world in the 6th density and is a healer and protector.

In Astral Dynamics, Robert Bruce teaches you to draw the energy in from your hands and feet from the energy of the universe. When I meditate, I use my 'Astral Projection Device' to draw the energy in directly from the crystal sphere. I will power up the device and generate as much energy as it can create, I will then put my hands on the sphere and draw the energy into each of my chrakas for about 15 - 30 min. Then once they are completely filled with energy I will channel the energy threw my crown chakra and pour it into my sub-naval storage center (full body circuit). I do this for about 15-20 minutes or until all of my secondary storage centers are filled with energy. After this is done it takes me about 5 - 10 minutes to astral project into the higher density levels.

Currently I am also working on levitation and telekinesis with my group and hope to be moving objects soon.

I have a pair of quartz, I'll clean it and use it to get energy. I was trying to move objects before, but without sucess, because I forget to do that while the OBE or many other things, I've achieve that just moving objects in lucid dreams, and that's very interesting xD. The point is I need first to recover my hability to do OBE's frecuently, after that I'll start with experiments like that.

I hope we can meet in astral realms one day , that would be fantastic hehe.

I believe the Freemasons and many other ancient tribes throughout history used 'party' levitation to lift large stones such as those at stone hedge into place. Electrogravtics is far beyond their comprehension, unless they had a couple of UFOs helping them move objects.

I asked him about his eyes and he said something about them acting as high tech sunglasses. They act as infrared / ultra violet filters to see into the various density levels / planes. Therefore you can be in the 4th density but easily see into any of the other frequency spectrums.

When you see them with your third eye, you'll usually find them in the 4th density level / Real Time Zone (RTZ). The majority of grays are low level beings with only a small percentage of them living on the Spiritual planes / 5th density and higher.

When you see several of these guys standing around near you, all different shapes and sizes, and you begin thinking strange thoughts and hearing entire sentences in seconds, there is NO way your imagination could make that up!

The Light can apear in any form you choose (even Jesus). However I recommend just a ball of light, as consciousness does not need form to convey information. Form will often skew the meaning or bias the observer. Still the wisdom is present in the Light, and the knowing. If you want to meet your higher Angels or Guides you can also move in that direction. The beings you communicate with on this level radiate truth and knowledge. They share it openly and freely.

The following is what I have learned about the 'grays' from the light beings.

The Zeta's (gray aliens) prime directive is to be curious. They spark off curiosity, sometimes fuelled by fear but, nevertheless, curiosity. Earth is a physical manifestation of a certain energy consciousness and Zeta Riticuli is another. They are the unknown and it is human nature to fear the unknown.

Through our interaction with the Zeta, we are being asked to move beyond our human nature and evolve into something more. They are assisting us in releasing our fears, and you have already agreed to this on a subconscious level. The entire planet has called for these beings to interact with us in a healing and teaching capacity. Part of the agreement is to learn to deal with the alien thought patterns of the Zeta.

To truly understand them, you have to consider all theories and possibilities, and only then can you say that you know the Zeta. I would like to now introduce you to the Zeta.

We live in two separate realities, ours and theirs. The phenomena we label as abductions are necessary but not arbitrary encounters. The one that I communicate with in the light realms is 'my' higher self, my spirit guide and in essence me. This entity made contact with me a while ago claiming to be me from the future. Of course I didn't believe him at the time but I have raised my energy to the highest levels of the light realms and there he is. The talented energy workers from my group have commented that my guidance from this level is very legitimate. While I communicate with him my energy body turns completely white.

something interesting I found a couple of days ago

I'll try to explain the salient points briefly.

I was having a normal dream where I was at the grocery store. I looked at a display of potato chips, and a black rectangle appeared in the center of my vision. It doubled in size after a second, and then my vision turned entirely black.

The black faded away, directly into the face of a typical x-files style gray alien (big black eyes, giant head). The setting was my parents' old bedroom, in the apartment we had lived in before. There was an alien at the foot of the bed, and another beside it. I lucid dream on occasion, and I was lucid then, and aware that I could control my reality. I was afraid, and I inflated myself like a balloon, and the aliens were surprised, and I kept inflating until I pressed them against the walls. Then the scene was suddenly back at the grocery store, looking at the potato chips display!

I'd shrug this off as an average dream, but the black rectangles set it apart from anything I've ever heard of. It's my understanding that aliens are said to operate on higher frequencies. What happened?

The greys that have no physical body anymore (like having wasted it in ufo wars) and lurking around in the real-time zone are weak and easily combated evidently, not so the ones in their Grey physical bodies with all the technology at their undeserving hands, of course.
Unfortunately many people let themselves be brainwashed into thinking they were here to assist humanity!

It is very clear that they are also allied to the more powerful Reptilians. It is likely tho that these will exterminate the physical Greys' like dropping baggage once they are no longer of any tool-value to them. Many ETs are seeking refuge by taking on human bodies in society.
It's a butt ugly scenario.
