Help me interpret this please

I received some sort of message while in an altered state of conciousness.  I know that I need to do something with a brainwave entrainment device.  And that I have a series of 24 2-or-3 digit values and that the order that these values come in is important.  Could someone please help me figure out exactly what it is I need to do?
