Hi Astir

In addition to what Stookie has said, remember what your emotions were like at the time helps.  Were you afraid, disgusted, etc., while they ate your hands.  Ugh - sounds horrible.

What were the insects?  If they were a particular type, what does that insect represent to you?

And I believe your hands are your livelihood (being an artist).  Is something/someone trying to stop you being creative?
