strange lucid dream to ???

so last night or just now i was in a dream state and realized i was dreaming kind of so i was in the room with 4 other guys and a woman was doing some interesting stuff like with her jewerly putting it through her body and wrapping herself up in it.so she pours us all a drink from this bottle and says that we will start drinking with the most spiritual person their and gives me the first cup and starts passing out these drinks and i drink it
so im sitting in this chair and i drink the drink close my eyes and start to see symbols like when your attempting to ap. next thing i know im coming out of my body but when i do so does all of my friends in the room. how do i know i was obe well everyone was standing in front of their body and i also was then i do a couple of grounding techniques because i was having B/W vision and gained my bearings. i look at them and they are kinda freaked out so i say follow me guys and we run and jump out a window they are like oh crap we can fly but 2 of them are holding on to me afraid the othere 2 are flying around but then it all went south they started just destroying the city after i showed them we could pretty much do anything we wanted. well it was pretty cool in my book. still havent went from medi to obe but i guess i can count that as a half victory.

A lucid dream about astral projection? That's an oxymoronic statement. 

What if it was an astral projection about a Lucid Dream? Or a lucid dream about an astral projection in which he lucid dreamed about astral projecting a lucid dream?

Lucid Dreams are astral projection. A lucid dream is a nonphysical reality experience (AP) entered through a dream.. nothing more... nothing less.

Interesting when you introduce other people into your experience... going around... spoiling everything for you. Now you know it's a personal journey and other people sometimes should be left to their own beliefs and interests.

oh its wild did it again last night i was in a dream state talking to a mentor and he had me start meditating in the street next to a car so i just started meditating my dream went completely quiet my mind has never been that quiet b4 and i felt myself do a reverse 180 out of my body in the lucid state. as soon as i was starting to realize that i had again went ap in my dream something in my house made a noise and i woke up but i take it as a good sign for me to be on my way to CP what i see as an ultimate goal. looks like i got my SC working right for me just gotta keep up trying to escape this atomic structure.
