Hello all,

This morning I had a very lucid dream.  It started with Dean Cain (superman) aging and then resembling santa clause then he went on a sled with no rain deer and flew away.  Then I felt like flying and started to lift off the ground and as this was happening I became a pin point of awareness so aware that I can see everything clearly.  Then I started to feel vibrations and a sinking feeling I usually do when I am sleep paralyzed.  The interesting thing about this is that everytime I have dreams of flying or desiring to fly I remember astral projection which makes me even more aware.  I remember in the dream I had this morning desiring to see lottery numbers that are winning but didn't see any.

I am definately going to continue attempting lucid dreams because I think what fueled the experience I had this morning was my desire to project last night when I was laying still on my back for a while in an attempt to project.  I am determined to project.  Last night when I went to the store to buy a lottery ticket I pulled out a fortune cookie slip that said "Man is what he believes he is" and lucky numbers under that.  The first lucky number of the fortune cookie matched the first number of the winning powerball numbers for last night.  It may be the excitement of wanting to project or exploring the unknown that actually fueles the consciousness.  Maybe it is what helps me remember during dreams so I can become lucid.  Becoming lucid in a dream is the easy part I just need something to help me become lucid.  Reasoning with myself during a lucid dream and being aware I am lucid dreaming is something that doesn't happen in normal dreams and this link between lucid dreaming and flying leading to vibrations is what I want to understand better.
