for the past about 4 days i've had a lucid dream every night. only two nights ago was i actually able to stay lucid for all of the dream, but i couldnt do anything special.

what im really asking is, how do you stay and become more lucid, before you lose your lucidity without knowing it? it seems usually when i become lucid its not a very strong feeling of lucidity, but i know that im dreaming and can do a few interesting things, but thats it. and sometimes, it goes away and then comes back during the dream.

any helpful tips on how to stay lucid or anything that might help?

Hi Orion:

I understand your frustration. It is normal at first.

Practice, meditate, do energy work and exercise. They will all help you continue to make progress by giving you the stamina to lenghten your LDs.
