Ok first I was dreaming that I was laying in my bed. In this dream I tryed to AP. I got vibrations then projected. I was in the back of my bedroom looking at my open door where there was a black figure. I was frighten that he ran towards me but because I was projecting i was prepared for anything. But as this figure came closer I saw that it was myself. I senced that he was different in some way. He told me that he was my consciousness or something like that and that he was always here. When I tryed to speak to him no words came out and he tilted his ear towards me and said I had to speak up, in a mocking tone of voice. Then my little brother came into my room and talked to this other me, like I didn't exist. I tryed to get my brothers attention by he just looked my way like nothing was there but he senced something. At this point I went back into my previous dream where I was laying in my bed thinking this was reality. Two other people were with me  now. I grabbed this book trying to see if I was dreaming or not but everything was there, to the detail. So I started wrighting down my dream, when I finished I woke up for real this time in my bed. Where I wrote it down for sure.

Iv read that when you dream of yourself it's a reflection of how you are in the waking life, but he didnt seem like me at all, I felt as if he was an intruder.

Does anyone have any idea what this could mean?

The 'you' who you think you are and how you come across to others is not the same as you think.
There will be something you may not realise or know of but kept it supressed in your other peoples view of you.
Your brother ignoring you suggests you are doing the above.
It's a form of 'bigging-up' yourself so you feel better. In reality this dream says you actually know different. At present no one has noticed or made a comment. This indicated a youthful attitude and letting your ego have more say than it should. The old guy would shout out "wise up before you look an idiot". Does this sound a possibility?
By being ignored and the false you in the dream being recognized, its a 'come clean with yourself' or possibly 'take another look at how you will be seen by others' thing.
There's some entity out there looking after your best interests. It may show up eventually as your guide once you learn to see the real you.

This is one interpretation, there are others that also apply but you had the experience and what you have written strongly suggests the above.
You have the answers within you, thats how it works. If it doesn't sound accurate then remember more of the feelings you had during this dream. These can change things too.
Hope this helps you.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
