I have to use a library computer,so I can watch that spiral thing before bed,but I wonder if I could just make one out of a drawing on a piece of paper,the spin it on a pencil or something?

it wouldn't work they say the spiral just slows down the brain waves and relaxes you and the subliminal message is the text that is running across the screen fast so your subconscious picks up the message.  I did try it last night it does work as in dream recalling was easy and more dreams I can recall but if you keep doing it on a consistent basis who knows may go lucid after.
