Stretch

I always have tons of physical energy when I'm done doing energy work, and find that at that time my body is begging for a real good stretch.  I would suggest to everyone that, keeping personal limitations and injuries in mind, when you're done doing energy work, do a bunch of good stretches for almost every part of your body, legs, lower and upper back, abdomen and chest, neck, arms, whatever feels right.  It's a great way to end a meditation.

Yeah.  Beginning by stretching will definitely help you relax.  And after the meditation you have so much energy and are so much more relaxed that stretches always seem to reach new limits.
