If you can only see 1 of the circles when you look at it cross eyed, one of the sides of your brain is getting used too much more than the other.

I see the colors gradually change between my eyes at about 3.6 hz. Does anybody else see that?

Beavis, yes ,but i think you have to manage not to change colours, you have to see its mixture all the time

Agh... One circle disapeared and the other appeared rapidly in succession while I was looking at it cross-eyed. I think my brain is going to explode...

Look by crossing your exes, that this two circles overlap, keep looking for some time. Increase time at each practise.

Look directly in black dot for some time. Right cycre will dissapear.
