I imagine i had a tennis sized ball of energy in my right hand after a while i sort of start to feel a little pressure and try to move it onto my left hand and the pressure was on my left hand now when i focus it on the middle and try to cup my hands together i notice their's just a tiny bit of resistince like 2 magnets pushing against each other

the feeling of there being 2 magnets seems best to describe it..
do you have a slinky spring???
if you have try holding each end and hold your arms to the side then just rock it back and forth from palm to palm.
then take the spring away and re-create the feeling, it keeps on going by itslef for a while.
