Hello there I heard about energy block which are used to shield humans and keep them naive of reality. It is supposed that this is done by ETs in the fourth dimension. Any light on this subject will really go a long way. I will like to know ways of breaking these "Energy block"

How we conduct ourselves in daily waking life DIRECTLY affects how we deal with the altered states of consciousness like OBE.

If you can't spend a few minutes each day making strong effort to accomplish a difficult and challenging task how do you expect to make any progress with the OBE state? They are directly connected.

Those who do not make the effort to enhance their AWARENESS of their physical world are not likely to make much progress in the attempts to enhance their awareness while traveling the Inner Worlds.

I'd prefer to not do the math though, and just focus upon learning to meditate instead. 

But yes, he is VERY CORRECT.  Whatever you choose to do, learn to focus on it for extended periods of time.

Thanks guys, but I don't give up. I once spent months trying to figure our how to compose a 3d shadow pass onto a live action and I succeeded! My friend once called me desperate! I don't give up easily! Thanks for the advice though.
