Energy raising and Sound

I have seen some Meditations that require a certain Pitch to vibrate and 'wake up' certain energy centers such as was posted by caco demon a while back, now I have certainly had much trouble in making these work. I am unable to find any chakras other then the 3rd eye that comes off the 6Th chakra.

Now, is there any tips I could be given if I choose to continue using these techniques?

Would their be anything, more potent or just, different I guess? I want to find the chakras, but I haven't been able to through about, um almost 2 years of meditation.


#2 I have another question, I heard that Bi natural beats or something similarly named is a great help for some people. Especially in putting yourself in a trance state which I have much trouble in attaining. Can someone link me some information on what they may consider the 'best' product for bi natural beats and sound file I guess?

That sound thing sounds like yoga's mantras or cabalah's invocations.
Haven't you found your chakras yet?, after 2 years?, it must be impossible if it is true or maybe you're using a technique that doesn't suit you.

Years ago I practiced a cabalistic ritual called "the lesser pentagram invocation" (or something like that). In it different sounds were used, as some physical movements and visualizations. It didn't work for me, I mean I wasn't confortable with it, even everyone told me about its importance, so I gave it up.

Perhaps you should find an exercise which suits you better. It is true that every technique deserves some time to take effect in someone, but it is also true that you can not be pushing a wall your entire life.

With NEW I haven't been able yet to coordinate breath with energy ascension, but the effect of the exercise is so good on me that I keep  doing my best.

It's very easy to activate the chakras with the NEW system. Buy Astral Dynamics and follow through NEW and after mastering that, start with primary chakras. This works for me.

New has worked as far as being able to move energy around in my feet and hands as well as around my 3rd eye area but I can't seem to get it to move into my body.

That's the link to the sound system I have been trying, I keep seeing people post that it worked wonders for them so I don't see how I could possibly be screwing it up.

Perhaps if their is any supplementary exercises I could do; I have heard that doing diamond push ups can help  open the heart chakra, as well as running.

Different stretches get energy flow going and such. But I really don't have the time nor resources to take up a yoga class.

I have also heard that meditation with a partner is helpful for some at times?

Or even long distance reike can help?

7. The CROWN chakra or HEAD chakra is positioned at the top of the head. It is associated with cosmic awareness, highest spirituality, and complete integration with Source. VIOLET is the color of the crown chakra and the musical note is B.

Not only. It is also the place where all emotional energies reside. From my experience it is also associated with hate, anger, and other negative emotions. When it's truly activated feelings get much more intense, so the skills in controlling them are needed.

The important thing was the notes involved. I did not want to just summarize those without giving any source at all, like it was something I discovered on my own, and that was the least "out there" source which I could quickly find. Yes, it is, but with some experience negative emotions can be used in magick and can be very helpful. Once I performed a healing using anger and hate towards the healed person. The strange thing is that healing session worked perfecly. Maybe every strong emotion can be used as magickal motivation?

I forgot about the second part of this thread after addressing the problem of specific tones to resonate the chakras. There are a lot of CDs out there with music and chanting, btw, designed to stimulate the chakras. I have one I listen to sometimes.

Binaurals - It is possible that there could be "window frequencies" of brainwaves for each of the chakras, but so far my only guess is that a theta state would make it easier to work with chakras. It is conducive to imagery and it is useful for avoiding resistance from the conscious mind.

In once read about 666 number, and doing some mathematical operations and filtering the results basing in kabalah and its numerical system it was boiled down that 666 corresponds to man, hehe.
