It's basically tactile awareness, heightened by the heat from the coffee mug. Same thing can be achieved by putting your hand on or just above a chakra. It raises your mind's awareness of that area.

yeah exactly, because when it's just my hand... and i take it off, it takes a lot longer to target, than with the heated.

Hey I just discovered something for earlier today, so if anyall have trouble stimulating your chakras heres an idea that might help you.  I was lying down, drinking coffee and was holding the mug against my--i think it was--solar plexus chakra and it became immediately stimulated... so I thought, hmmm,, and put it against my brow, and it lit up with no time at all.... so check it out,and hope it helps![]
