Hair raising energy work

I have always been aware of the energy body but never really understood what to make of it until these past two years.  As a child I was able to feel my sub-heart chakra and flush the energy inside it throughout my body, causing my hair to rise on my arms.  Whenever I do this flushing, I can hear a slight buzzing sound, like a medium pitched tone.  I never knew what to make of this.  I remember asking my father once about this and he thought I was just cold; cold and coupled with imagination.

Two years ago I read Robert's NEW energy development techniques.  I practiced his method a bit and later developed my own procedure for energy work.  I have noticed one big difference since beginning the energy work.  Before the energy work I would get the hair around my arms to rise, and I would be done for the rest of the day; no more energy to work with.  Now I have realized that during energy work I am able to raise every hair on my arms, legs, chest, and even in the pubic area.  What really got me excited was last night; I actually got my facial hair to rise.

I am sure everybody in here has experienced what I am experiencing.  Many of us get those 'shivers' causing all our hair to stand up.  I am interested though, how many of you people can actually control this.  Tell me your experiences and the extent of your development.

I train a form of chi gung and have experienced both the hair raising and also the opening of the pores. Both seem to be energetic phenomenon associated with the energy body on a physiological level.

As for conscious "control" of the phenomenon, i notice when I sit up straight, or while standing, focus on slightly sitting down, and standing up at the same time I can produce the hair raising feeling up the back of my neck to my crown.

I experience all the phenomenon you stated while doing the chi gung standing meditation. These are signs of the bodies energy system being 'turned on' and 'tuned'.

Yeah i experince this all the time.  Its like the thing starts in my chest/upper back and goes all the way throughout by body.  I can control these as in make them happen.  If you cocentrate this on your hands, you will find they start to get hot and this is the energy building up.  I also use these waves to do telekinesis.  The strongest ones I have I can feel the hair on my head try to stand and then my back starts to vibrates, but thats it then i cant keep it going that long.
