How complete is the online NEW Energy Ways training guide compared to the "upcoming" book? And how complete is it as far as the actual energy work is concerned? I am asking this of those who have more experience with energy manipulation/sensing...I need input! Thanks!

i'm not sure how we would be able to compare it to the upcoming book.  it's still coming up.  the stimulation in the new is obviously for people who are just starting out.  the actual feeling of the energy moving through you is something that i'll use for the rest of my life.  i'm not sure how you could have a complete anything when dealing w/ energy work.  everyone is different and is going to have different results.  if you are asking for an opinion, it's kick-butt.

If it helps, Astral Dynamics contains a slightly abbreviated version of what's found in the online NEW tutorial. But AD has helpful pictures and also primary center (chakra) exercises. With respect to the upcoming book, don't know, but can't wait.
