Reality is Silence
the Universe is its noise.

There is no duality. Both the Supreme Science and Physics makes this SELF-evident.
The Supreme Science is simply the study of thoughts.   It goes back 5000 years to the sages around the Indus River in India who  used meditation to study their thoughts. (for more info do a Google block search.) The Supreme Science would give us what intellects over the ages have complicated and polluted into  Advaita.
Since there is no duality everything is supremely-simple to understand because there is ONE:  Reality that is EVERYTHING then TWO:  you have Reality's nothing, fiction, thoughts.

Reality is the thoughtless-silence of dreamless-sleep that in the East they call Samadhi, Atman, Brahman.

--   Reality is an unfathomable Ocean of unimaginable BLISS in which the universe is not even an imaginary drop. --

In the West there is no name for it this  Reality, BLISS,  Samadhi.

The mind is just a collection of thoughts called life. Get any more complicated than that, and that complication will be the Big Bang that expands the universe just as fast as the thoughts that feed it to create it.
This Reality is normally beyond the mind because Reality is Silence and thoughts are its noise. Noise, the mind, cannot know Silence.

At times, however, this Reality  surfaces to manifest itself to the mind. It does this with different dilutions and dynamics.
When this Reality surfaces or manifests itself to the mind it is Kundalini. There are no words for it in the West except perhaps Holy Spirit. There are no words for it because doctors call it every mental-disease in their book. They have to because Kundalini makes the mind malfunction.
Kundalini can literally explode with a such unfathomable force-acceleration  that it makes an A-bomb seem like a balloon-pop. And if this seems to be an  exaggeration let me add detail.   When this Kundalini really explodes it  not only makes an atomic-explosion seem like a balloon-pop but  it turns  the Big-Bang of the Universe into a joke – because  with this explosion the universe vanishes into an Unfathomable AWARENESS and thoughtless Silence that is Samadhi.  

At its mortal limit Kundalini  pickles the mind like it did with Buddha.
Kundalini makes the mind malfunction so life more or less becomes what it in REALITY IS, at best  some sort of dream.
Although physics tells us the same simple story of non-duality that the Supreme Science told the Indus River sages 5000 years ago, physicists complicate the dickens out of the thoughts they call particles with theories  and numbers  to keep the universe expanding like the big-bank.

Intellects of "spirituality" have done the exact same thing to Kundalini. They complicate what is Supremely Simple: Kundalini is a manifestation/expression  of Reality to the mind. They complicate this simplicity by coming up with all sorts of formulas, chakras, theories, rituals that try to complicate what is simple, by explaining it with complications.
When the power of Kundalini is strong it can be such an intoxicating 'JOY, BLISS that the mind and its body become relatively meaningless. This is the story of the ecstatic saints/gods like Buddha, Christ, Ramana. But these are the famous ones. Most  individuals that are intoxicated with Kundalini live in isolation. If the medical profession gets a hold of them then the stock prices of drug companies always surge.

But the myth that this Kundalini can only surface according to what society and religions calls its  "good" or "holy" is just that: a myth.

In the Reality of non-duality there is absolutely no reason why  Kundalini cannot intoxicate a serial killer with its BLISS as it does Jesus. Good and bad right and wrong is the mind, thoughts.
Reality, Kundalini does not pick and choose thoughts – it makes them utterly meaningless.

The Bhagavad Gita tries to go beyond morals and values to make us understand  non-duality but it is shackled to the duality of   gods, service, duty, religions and tradition. Hollywood's version of the Bhagavad Gita is Fight Club. It gives us the exact same story the Gita does but there are no gods, values or morals that dilute its unmitigated message of non-duality: that morals and values are just thoughts that to Reality, Samadhi, Kundalini,  is meaningless.
When Kundalini is strong it goes beyond what is SELF-evident to Physics and the Supreme Science.  When Kundalini is strong it makes what is otherwise  SELF-evident   funny, a joke, the Supreme Comedy.  It does this with a lethal-laughter that is Kundalini.

This lethal-laughter is lethal because it kills the ego so that it never takes its thoughts, like life, seriously, ever again. And this is the simple story we call Buddha, Jesus and Ramana.
