Hot energy?

It is probably something that is common. I have felt heat a bit, generally around the chakras, however nothing that felt uncomfortable. When it first started it was mostly on on side or another, these days it is mostly centered.

The hot energy is my favorite kind. Cold, wet energy is more common to me even when to the touch other people would say I am burning up. I am cold right now, even though it is probably the same sort of cold fire.

So, Alpha, did you enjoy the hot energy? That is the detail I want to know most. I hope you enjoyed it and hoped to have it again.

It wasnt like an uncomfortable hot,And yah It did feel pretty good.http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_wink.gif" border=0>Most of the time,Everything remains at the same temp.I dont pay attention much to that.But this time was very hard to not notice.

Maybe it happened because I do not work on my primarys much.Once a week,if that.So they could be starting to become more active.Hope so,and I do want it to happen again...

Alpha  i read in a book on meditation that   hot energy is bad energy,   as in your body has  consumed  what it needs and the rest is just waste energy waiting to be released.   Like a Toy still fitted with a dead battery.

I agree with this because every night i raise energy but i NEVER release it,  probably due to me not opening my crown as much as i should.  Thusly every time i meditate,  i  tune into my energy body and realise because of the heat, that it is the  used energy from the previous training session which is now waste and of no longer use.

Used energy? A generalization like that, that hot energy is bad goes against some of the highest forms of meditation I know of. The only concern I know of involving hot energy is that it can indicate too much current too quickly, like when a fuse in a circuit is about to melt.

Last night something diff. happened to me.I was raising energy.And I had that legs are going to explode feeling.So I started to do a full body for awhile.Than I worked on my chakras bottom upwards.

When I got to my solar plexus.Things  started feeling really hot.Almost like someone was pouring hot water through me.Mostly my upper half,right along the line the chakras are in,But wider.

Anyone experience sensations like this?It couldnt of been the room.I had my ac on high.And this past week ive been freezing whenever I wake up.http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>
