Well heat is one of the signs of energy movement although people percieve it differently: some feel tingling, some heat, others feel electricity.
Do you feel tired or exhausted after you started practicing NEW?

not really tired persay but more drained would be a good way of putting it but it only lasts for a short while...after sitting down for a bit i feel better

Hi Everyone i'm back again and of course with more questions ^^

i've been working with NEW for sometime now and i still cant move my "awareness" anywhere else...also when i try the circle thing: when you take your finger and lightly move it in circles around the area in which you are trying to highlight then i guess it picks up speed naturally and spins quickly...i believe i'm correct on that but anyway i cant get it to spin all it does it just stay there making my hand, knee, thumb joint, big toe joint, and other places.

i'll deffinately keep trying anyway []...also...i dunno if its my awareness or if its energy but when i squeeze my hand to a fist i can feel tingling and such inside my hand i also have been feeling heat coming off my hands when i consintrate on building in my awareness or energy in my hands feels like the heat is coming off with a good ammount of force too cause i can move my hand close to it...around 3-4 inches away...and feel a strong ammount of heat coming from it...can i get some help with this too [|)]
