NEW, some problems...

When I was stimulating my charakas something happened... I was filling my sub-navel and it only took a few hours for it to go from the heart to the brow, then I felt rushing water at my throat. I've been on the new system for about 5 months now, and this has been the second time this has happened. I was wondering if there' is anything I can do about it. Because the rushing water actually caused my to throw up water, and it was weird.

Was it just water you threw up? If so, then it probably wasn't a result of bad food or that would have been thrown up too...

Had you drank water recently? If not, then that would be very abnormal indeed, perhaps you may have even manifested it... higher Chakric work is a very touchy subject after all.

Since the Throat Chakra is between the Heart and Brow, I'm guessing that was the cause of the rushing water... perhaps there was a problem with it you should have worked further on...

Those are my hypotheses, I'm not an expert though, so listen to the more knowledgeable who will hopefully reply too. I also look to them to correct any fallacies in my assumptions.

I hadn't drank any water at all that day, I rarely do drink water. It was just weird because no where else on my body had that rushing water sensation, just the throat. thanks thou... anyone else gonna reply???

Hmmm... not really related, but drinking water is good so you should try to drink lots I'm not one to talk though, as I never drink enough, usually tea instead. Nasty caffeine...

 If your brow and your heart chakras were stimulated, it would make sence that your throat would become stimulated.  I believe that Astral Dynamics talks about a rushing water feeling when stimulating chakras.  So that was probably it.  As for the throwing up, I think that was due to the chakra stimulation, sometimes, if you're highly stimulating your chakras, it can have wierd physical effects.  I wouldn't worry about it too much; to avoid this in the future, you might want to do some more direct chakra work.  Have fun.

The rushing water is what it feels like when your throat center is active.  Were you purposely working on your primary chakras, or were you doing the full-body circuit?  If you were working on your primary centers, then it's to be expected.  But even if you were only doing the secondary circuit, if it's done for hours at a time the energy that passes over your throat will be enough to activate it and create the sensations.

As for the throwing up, I've found that the throat chakra is particularly easy to stimulate to the point of intense sensations.  It can at times make you gag, or like in your case, throw up.  It's not something to really be worried about, except for the unpleasantness of vomiting.  Whenever it starts happening, if you want it to stop, either stop circulating energy or pay less attention to it.  I know once my throat starts pulsing (sometimes spontaneously - it seems to be very sensitive, like I said) if I don't put a stop to it my entire face and chest will start to tingle and pulse in kind.  It can be distracting sometimes, but overall harmless.
