Pulsing sensations

I have only been using the NEW system for about a month and I have had some very fast results. I am able to raise energy easily and once I get it started started it's hard to stop. Even when I try I find myself automatically pulling the energy up. I get very strong pulsing sensations. Here lately during the times that I am not raising energy and doing charkra stimulation I have been getting the sensations. It kind of feels like my body is shaking when its not. Can someone tell me is this normal? It feels very strange. I appreciate you comments.

A bit like a huge electrical surge through your body, perhaps?
Usually happens when you are about to fall asleep or have just woken up?
Happens especially readily after deep meditative states?

I have no idea and apparently no-one else does either. But to put your worries at rest, I get those too. So far, almost a decade and a half, I'm still up and kicking so it's not likely to be anything bad.

The best likeness on the net I've found are SSRI withdrawal symptoms but since I've never taken them it seems an unlikely explanations.
However, since deep meditation affects one's serotonin and domamine levels by way of stimulating the pineal gland I'd hazard there may be a connection.

I think this happens to most people--it definitely happened to me for the first 1-2 months of steady practice with energy raising.

My understanding is that during this first phase of practice the greater content of energy coursing through the energy pathways in your body causes the need for growth in those structures--kind of like an overused muscle accomodates overuse by growing stronger. Also, the greater flow of energy forces the clearing of blockages in these structures which is a  VERY tangible feeling. I remember the feeling of bubbling and pulsing happening for hours in my legs and arms during the first 1-2 months.

I think what you'll find, if you continue, is that the strong tangible feelings will go away and yield to a smooth and much less noticeable feeling. Don't dispare though if the strong feelings go away. It just means that you're going  to a higher level. Your energy gathering capacity has increased.
The journey upwards is worth the inconvenience.

In NEW it does say you get pulsing, vibrating, tingling sensations. It sounds like a good thing to me.

Honestly, I get them in my hands (more so the right than the left) when I just concentrate on feeling them, now. It's sort of neat, maybe just bio feedback, but if it's something else that'd be so cool!
