strange experience

Two possibilities, imho.
Either a hypnogogic vision or astral sight.
It's not remote  viewing since you report seeing something that isn't there anymore.
I'd go with astral sight though. Can you be more specific with the details and quality of the event?

I think,that it wasn't hypnagonic vision, because all hypnagonic visions that I have look like simple pictures, and are showing for a very short time. This was far more complex, and the colours were really strange.

Hmmm Perhaps a memory pulled in the vision field(guess it falls in hypnogogic category) , I sometimes do that ,close my eyes and "see" the world as i saw it , and try to update it as best i can in real time. Just sometimes if im paying attencion to 1 thing (like updating what i see to reflect my position while moving) stuff like a discarded lamp(or a tidy room appear when i just made a mess). Effectivly making it less acurate.

Guess thats why blind folks always put their stuff in the same spot and never redecorates =P.

Or it could be astral vision (dont realy know what it is thought=P )

About two weeks ago I was training NEW. Then I've had a strange experience: for a few seconds I was seeing my room through my closed eyes, but it was somewhat different. On shelf there was a lamp, that I've thrown away year before.
Anyone know what was that experience?
