Thanks for that, just did the whole series x 32 "sniffs".

I would think using these exercises during an attack, in public, would be a bit odd... but what can I say, When you can't breathe, nothing else matters, right?

Will try this for a month and see what progress I notice.

Also, a supplementary routine that might be beneficial as well, to "double up the strength" of your lungs all at once, is the "buteyko method".

You might greatly ameliorate your Asthma condition if you change your diet. There are documented cases of asthma disappearing after changing to be a raw vegan.
