I signed up a while ago but forgot to introduce myself so hi!  

Basically Ive had lucid dreams all my life and within the last year Ive started having conscious OBEs and my lucid dreams are becoming much more vivid than before.

Ive got a lucid dream and OBE journal that I keep on another forum if anyone fancies having a read.
