hey, i am new on this, and i don't know anything on this kind of stuff, i just got interested on it, i am clueless on everything.  I was just wondering, is any of this stuff like bad, like sin kind of bad, or do u start to see spirits? because i am kind of afraid to learn it but i want to at the same time.

Something you will learn as you get experienced with OBEs is that much of what we experience is pretty much interpreted through our beliefs. So one person sees spirits, another sees thought forms created by the mind etc.
It's an area where you really need to experience it for yourself, and then make your mind up. There is a lot of information out there about projection, but follow what feels right for you. Most of what is written is belief more than known.

thnx, i have another question, how do i controll my chakaras, or energy?  Oh and will i need like a protection spell for anything i do that paranormal, like Astral projection?
