Hmm I never know what to say in these things 
I've been able to AP for a while I have a few experiences, I did stop for a while to do a bit of soul searchign and find out why I really wanted to advance in Astral projection and I've recently started trying to advance my skills again, whilst learning alot on the topic.
I don't know what else to say if anyone wants to know anything just ask it's easier
