I missed this somehow...excitement I guess!   Well, here I am...finally.  I've been peeking for awhile now trying to understand all that happens to me.   I understand some people have trouble having OBE's and most of my life I wished I couldn't.   I've learned this is what was meant for me and I hope to learn a lot more.  I also hope to contribute in a positive way.   Peace, love, and light!  Q:)

I also have had this gift for most of my life, and I also spent quite a few years wishing I could get it to stop.  As a teenager, I finally got past that. Now as a somewhere past middle aged person, I wish they would happen even more frequently.  Oh well- the OOBEs  I have are still nice.

In my opinion and from my experience, often times we tend to be afraid of that which we don't understand.  I think it's a good thing you're here.  I'm new to the board myself, but thought I'd say hello and offer a bit of encouragement.

Sorry it's taken me a bit to get back to all of you.      Thank you so much for the welcome.      My OOB dreams started around age 6, but when I was four I was scaring my parents with stories of my past lives.  Then when I was eight I had a NDE and didn't remember any of my abilities before the accident.  When I was a teen the OBE dreams returned, but this time without my understanding.  I hated them and did so for several years.  Nov 1, 2002 my father died.  I was with him when he died and was holding onto him.  As he crossed over I got a vision of his life. I had to my knowledge never had a vision before, at least I couldn't remember ever having one.  I saw all the happiest times in his life and all the things he loved.  I watched as he crossed over.  I know I was shaken from what I had seen and was grateful that my brother was also there.  He was freaking out because I was unresponsive to him calling my name.   From there little things kept happening.  Such as, knowing things I couldn't have known, premonition dreams, lucid dreams, and OOB dreams. I also had a series of 12 dreams that were unlike anything I've ever experienced before.  They were Epic and Mystical,  I was shown different periods of my life, including my early childhood and my NDE at eight.  Before those dreams I had no memory of my early childhood.  All I knew of that period was what I'd heard from my parents and family.  Since those dreams I have a profound understanding of my life.  It finally makes sense!  Which is what led me here...looking for others like me.
