:-D I'm Golden Light! Mom of two. Married. College grad. Yadda Yadda yadda...Been a vivd dreamer for a long time now. But only recently have my dreams become ... less dream-like and more real.  :|

I'm trying really hard to figure this out and find out just what happened to me. Posted my dream/Ap under Astral Experiences. But the main thing I'm wondering after reading Astral Voyages is if the color Gold means anything? I saw meanings for red, crimson, blue, indigo, brown, violett, yellow etc but no gold.

Anyways, just popping in to say hello and I'm trying to pick brains here to get the info I so desperately crave.  Also trying to find some like minds and be around those that won't try to "explain" it away. Seems that when I'm around my husband, the atheist and very scientific minded (that's great but not good when I want to explore something that's not "normal") my memories of what happened fade. So, I'm looking to you all to help me figure this stuff out - hear your experiences - hear your info suggestions etc.

With love -

Well, in chakra colors gold may be the color of the crown chakra in some systems, in others white- so gold would be a 'divine' 'transcendent' color.  That's about all I know.   :-D

I notice that when I am "out" I'm a deep blue color, very translucent and light though.

I absolutly love it.
I'd rather spend my life attempting to make myself happy rather than prevent myself from being unhappy.

A lot of my experience start off with the most beautiful blue colour. I usually roll out, and if I look out of the window, the world seems bathed in a deep blue (like a perfect dawn).

Thank you both. I exited from the back of my neck - the large bone on the spine. Is that a chakra that is gold?? I have read that blue was a spiritual and pyschic color, is that true?

That sounds lovely. Is it easy for you to "roll out"? I'm going to be trying intentional AP's now that hubby is returned...and there's someone else to watch over the kids should I go on a mini adventure.

Hey Golden Light,

If i'm in a state conducive to OBE (usually sleep paralysis with vibrations) rolling out is the way I usually project (probably 90%+ of the time). The problem I have is getting to these states which are favourable to projection :).

aloha golden light!

i thought it was funny that our names are so similar.. i found this place maybe a day after you!

here is some basic info on the chakra system:

1st chakra (root chakra) located below pubic bone; at hips and
genital ares; critical to survival instinct; color is red and tone is
C; source of passion, primal feelings, rage terror, joy, survival; it
is the seat of the will to live. Key Word is AWARENESS

2nd Chakra (navel chakra): located below the navel, also known as
sacral chakra; center of feelings and creativity and our reactions to
inner and outer worlds; color is orange and tone is D; source of
feelings, creative energy, birthing, and gestation (babies, ideas,
business and projects) seat of feelings and awareness of feelings;
Key Word: FEELINGS, CREATIVITY.

3rd Chakra (solar plexus): upper abdomin, below rib cage; This is the
power center. Storehouse for our judgements and beliefs. Self
esteem, self-confidence, knowingness; psychic energy pump. Color is
yellow and tone is E. Source of personal power, judgement,
intellectual understanding. This is the seat of self-esteem, power,
directed will, ability to discern. Key words: POWER, DISCRIMINATION.
This is a sensitive are for most people (one of my most problematic
areas).

4th Chakra (heart chakra): This is the center of relationships, love
and compassion. Emotional transformation, healing ability,
circulation and respiration -- outward love. The Color is green;
tone is F. Source of healing energy and our innermost desires. Seat
of wisdom and responsibility. Key words: LOVE, HEALING.

5th Chakra (Throat Chakra): This is the center of manifestation and
self-protection. Seat of responsibility; manifest through
communication. Vehicle for the expression of desires. Color blue and
tone G. Seat of Wisdom, responsibility; Key Word: EXPRESSION.

6th Chakra (The Third Eye or Brow Chakra): This is our inner and
outer visual center. Obtaining, recodring and sending pictures,
symbols, colors and images that represent reality. Regulates many
hormonal and endocrine functions [note also the lower back of the
head and spleen areas -- lower left abdomen -- are also important for
health); self-image, goals, influences brain activity. Location
forehead. Color is indigo and tone is A. Source of insight and set
of visions and visioning. Key word is: VISION.

7th chakra (crown chakra): regulates many in and out of body
functions. Currents of energy enter the body here. Practitioners of
many ancient religions experience their connections to their
ancestors and guides through their crown chakra. This is the psychic
center for higher knowling and it receives the spiritual energys and
guidance necessart to activate our purpose. Color is violet and tone
is B. This is the source of divine awareness. The key word is:
DIVINITY.

most info you will get is about the first 7 chakras- all located within us, but some people believe we have 12.  silver, white and gold are the colours of some of these.

when i go to some of the astral planes, the most remarkable thing is that everything is bathed in an amazing golden sunlight.  does this sound like something youve been experiencing?

Violetlight:

Ooooh cool!  Where I was it was bathed in a white light. Very bright but just beautiful. I believe I was the only thing that was Golden there. Also, everything was quiet and I've heard so many talk of sounds but I don't recall sounds of any kind.  Manybe I wasn't able to hear them or maybe I just don't remember them?

The 5th Chakra is where I believe I exited from when on the astral plane itself. From the back of my neck on the large bone of the spine.

I just read a bit of Frank Kepple's info and found an intriguing similarity. He mentions helpers - and I'm not certain that I was a helper, but the interesting thing is that my main purpose for being there I KNEW was to help.

What about you? If you've posted somewhere in experiences I'd LOVE to read them. I am wondering where you've been and what you've seen and how you got there? Consciously? Unconsciously?

Last night, I think I "glimpsed" my aura? It had a greenish tint to it - almost a lime green color. And close to the skin it was white - the outer seemed greenish.  It was only my hand/fingers so I can't be sure. It was really cool though.  Been trying to do that on and off for a little while.

Golden Light

PS I am going to post something about The Celestine Prophecy and Conversations with God as I have read the books and watched the DVDs last night.  They way they suggested to see an aura prompted me to try again!   :-D

violetlight

golden light,

enjoy this path of discovery!  http://www.thiaoouba.com/seeau.htm
this is a good website for learning to see auras.

i have posted a recent OBE in experiences, and am going to get started on my online journal.

btw, have you heard of the indigo children before?  i think maybe its something you should look up.

Funny you should mention that - and very coincidental as I recently watched Indigo Children with Neale Donald Walsch and looked up on the net about Indigo children. I need to look into it further. I'll definately check out your post and look at the site you posted.

a-ha!  who here believes there is such a thing as coincidence

research golden light- and remember- indigo children are being born in droves right now- they believe it is one in four... but- they began being born a long time ago.

i get a very strong sense from your posts that your children are indigo.. but they come from somewhere.

:-D My son - is very different than other kids. And I mean very different. (I feel for him) He relates to grown-ups easily. Holds conversations with them - easily.  charmed the PANTS off of the College President as a dinner one night. NOt kidding - she told him he was a very charming boy and that if she were younger he'd have stole her heart.  Not that I'm biased or anything.

But my son from a very early age exhibited what seemed to me unordinary empathy. For his sister - NOT! But for other kids, for animals, for me and his father, for his grandparents (all of them).

At 2 years old, he was in the basement playing. I was lying on a couch. Hubby in same room. I shivered and said, "Boy am I cold." Without asking, without blinking, this little 2 year old, got off the couch, dragged a huge afghan across the floor and put it on me.  He said, "Mama, bankie make you warm."  I have to tell ya - I cried. He's done so many things like that. He just knows - and I realize we as adults KNOW a blanket makes you warm - but kids don't.  In fact, kids don't readily understand HOT and COLD for a long time.

My 5 year old, total opposite in energy.  Hates rules - doesn't want to be "penned" in. Very much the free spirit. BUT she is very kind. Very empathetic and very generous.  And generous and child usually don't go together at a young age.

I'm looking into it more and would like to "expand" their way of thinking.  I'll have to post what my son told me about the afterlife after he lost his "toy" puppet whales.  It was AMAZING!   :-D
