Hi! to all and I am very glad to find this site.

I am working on a meditative system for AP based largely on Denning and Phillips' "Astral Projection". If anyone else is using this system and would like to correspond or share experiences please send me a PM.

I will keep it brief for the moment but I wish the very best of luck to everyone and safe and fulfilling Astral Projection/Travel.

I have heard a bit about their take on Astral Projection, via Coast to Coast AM. I will have to do a bit more research on this. I enjoy reading other Authors take on the NPR (Non Physical Realms/Reality).
