detecting auras

Unfocused is actually the way to see auras. It sounds like your are seeing auras. A common way to learn to see, look at the aura of a candle flame. Gaze at the area surrounding the flame. There are fine particles, or a misty energy. This is similiar to what auras look like. There's a flowing like energy. Hope this helps. []

are there any exercises or suggestions on how to detect aura's?  I use to think that the white outlines I see around people were auras but now I beleive it was just my eyes being unfocussed and seeing doubles.
