help with auric training

It should clear most of your uncertainties and can be regarded as supplementation to R. Bruce's article.

i went to that websight and read it again but i still dont know how to see auras. Does anyone know how to see auras anyways? If you do please tell me how you see them like what are u suppost to do to see auras like how would you see a human or a tree's aura?

In order to see auras you have to train your peripheral vision. This is achieved by doing the exercise with the cross as seen on http://www.thiaoouba.com/aura_eye_exercise.htm. You can start with 5 minutes each day and slowly increase the time of your exercise. Seeing auras needs exercise, I don't think that one can simply "understand" it and therefore instantly do it. I have trained it since 1999 and it is still difficult for me. The more you practise the better you will be.

I am not sure of where I am in my auric training, as there doesn't seem to be a clear definition of stages of development so I need to ask these questions to find out. I am classifying myself as an intermediate beginner.

Here are my questions:

1) When I try to see the auras of trees, I get a grey cloud effect, then a lot of tiny bright lights dancing around, almost like fireflys. Sometimes I get a colour but mostly bright white. Is this normal or am I starting to see the colors in a speckled fashion.

2) when I go outside in the sunlight I can see a three inch aura around inanimate objects which is clue by the surface and a light yellow/white at the top. Around people I see a very bright light blue. Are there any more colours around inanimte objects?

3) Sometimes when I am relaxing I see a large purple cloud around me which then fades and turns green then back to purple and so on. Is this my basic aura? I have not been able to see any other colors.

4) Often when I enter a room, it is filled with purple wisps and is often very dense to me. Is this the auras of other people or am I seeing my own arua.

5) When I concentrate really hard, I can see myself being coocooned in an ethric(sp?) body. The walls look like water and it covers my entire body. When I try to touch it my hand just goes through it. Colors rush through the walls in waves and I have seen the colors yellow, orange, red, green and violet. I do notice that the walls take on the texture of the background that I am looking at so I am wondering if I am actually looking at my aura from the inside or am I just seeing the reflection of the background by some eye function. Has any one else experienced this?

6) Does auric vision make your eyes more sensitive to light? I notice that I need my sunglasses more and more.

Sorry for so many questions but I really need to advance this and am wondering If I am on the right track. Any help would be appreciated.
