Your third eye could've opened up at that time.  Try doing whatever youi did again and see what happens.  It can't hurt to experiment.[|)]

One thought ... did the dark room have overhead fluorescent lights? The phosphor coating actually gives off a tiny bit of light even 10 minutes after they've been turned off. Generally people wont notice it unless they are in a completely dark room ... like a photo dark room ... and their eyes adjust in time. So maybe your eyes just adjusted faster than the glow had time to fade. Oh, also the glow isn't enough to fog black and white film but it will cause problems with color.

No, there was only one red light but we did not use it. You can't use lights at all when you are making a film because the light will damage the pictures. There was nothng wrong with the pictures after this!

i don't think it was your aura. at least, i've never heard of someone's aura actually providing light that only they could see by.

i think it's closer to findtruth's idea, it was likely some form of clairvoyance (though whether it actually had anything to do with the third eye chakra is debatable [|)])

i've just recently been able to see auras, here's a link to my post: http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=10995

as far as your experience goes, if everything was blue then i'd probably have to agree with Grigori's explanation... was there enough light to see anything? if there was, you could've seen your friend's aura, but if there wasn't enough light to focus on something, then i have no clue what happened

I wasn't suggesting that the lights were on ... when the flourescent lights are turned off they give off an extremely faint glow for quite a long time. The glow wont damage black and white film but it can fog color film. The red light is just for black and white prints ... and from your description I assumed all lights were off including the red one. I've done a fair ammount of phtography and your first description just reminded me of when I first noticed the glow of the lights.

Cool. I've never seen anything like it. My friend didn't se anything but got totaly nuts. We had a lightbulb in there, but I don't think we used it at all. We always used the red bulb so that the contrast of light/darkness wouldn't be too big...

But I'll have to try it again... :) This was some time ago.

How do i show my aura to other people???

Has anyone seen your own aura?

When I was 17 yo I was in a photo-lab with my friend. We had turned out all the lights so that we wouldn't ruin the film while we were taking it out of the camera. Suddenly everything in the room became blue! I could see everything in there. I told my friend to do some faces and some signs with her hands and I saw them! I told her what she did and she completely freaked and ran out of the lab. She didn't see anything but darkness. I thought it was cool and my mom told me it was my own aura I'd seen.

Was this really an aura or was it something else??
