Spirit guides and angels

[Paradox]

A medium recently confirmed that the strange things i see in the corner of my eyes and the synchronisitc things that have been happening to me are coming from my spirit guides. Is there a way that I can conscouisly meet/greet and talk with them?    I would like to get to know them and have a more "up front" type communication with them.

Might be worth contacting that same medium again and see if they can put you in touch with someone running an open meditation or psychic development circle. It's much much easier developing the skills under the guidance of other psychics rather than taking bits of info out of books or off the internet and going it on your own. Take this from someone whose been there!

Your guides are always talking, your not listening.  Same here.  It took me, or 5 months to get into contack with my higher self after my re-awakening.  Last week(about 7 weeks after higher self) I finally got in contact with my 'first' guide (Higher self is the ultimate guide, but I'm talking something that isn't you).  Now in hindsight I have clues everywhere to this guide.  I have a library book (overdue) that I never read specifically about this guide.  Whoops.  I finally asked my higher self, and I said try this guide and BAM.  I did wimp out and get a confirmation from a friend that does channeling.

The hard part is establishing a communications medium.  There are many ways to start.  At the moment I waffle between to methods(hearing the responce in my head, and using a pendulum to get started, although I often just hold it in my hand and don't swing it), depending on how deep into meditation I get.  It's interesting to ask a question and 'know' the responce instantly.  It also takes a big paradign shift to realisie your guides don't experience time, so you have to take all questions/answers int that context.  And REMEMBER you have free will, they won't tell you what you should do.

I also want to add that sometimes I feel their presence and Almost can see movement in the air or in the corner of my eye.

Asking to talk to them in lucid dreams can be surprisingly effective.

Sit in meditation concurrently sit alone , in an open circle and in a closed circle :

1.Alone will help you to be free of any distractions and to focus on your guide alone . Sit in the same chair same room at the same time daily even for just  5 minutes . 730 pm your local time is a good time to start or choose times of power like sunrise or sunset . Ask for signs . The 2 most important are an " I am here sign" and "Yes you are right " confirmation sign  for your guide to give you . Examples of these are bright twinkling flashes at the same place ie above your head or at your third eye or in the corner of your left eye . Touches on the energy body are also great signs as goosebumps on one part of the body say the left lower leg or a tickle on the right hip or a stroke down the bridge of the nose . With the knowledge that they are waiting for your interaction and a confirmation you can begin effective communication .  

3.Sit in an open circle in a spiritual church or hall or home near you in this circle you teach others that are not as far as you and learn from those beyond you . Once a fortnight or even once a month is sufficient .You share .  

3.Most importantly find peers that are at your level now and work in a closed circle with them . Sit at least once a week with these mates .Your combined shared energies allow you to see and hear with greater clarity and together in group dynamics you can manifest a group merkaba to travel beyond the astral or 4th dimension constraints .

Meeting the primary Guide face to face is really quite easy... it mostly takes practice with a method that has worked for varieties of people.

Hi Red Catherine,
That's the basic method you read there.  It is used for a lot of things, mostly as a starting point for healing, journeying etc, meeting Guides, and anything else.  It's a Gateway Method you could say.
