do they use telekinesis?

Hello I have a question and dont know if it belong in this section of forum but...

We know that they can move our objects (we know that ghosts or other invisible entitetes can sometime move glasses or open windows, door, etc.) But how do they do? Do they use telekineses ability? or they simpy grab and move object...? because If I think we live in our dimension and they in another dimension, it is kinda hard to move physical objects isnt it? thanks

They need energy to manifest. They can drain energy from electronics, or life forms, to manifest or move objects physically. Entitys are more "anchored" into our world, so it's easier for them to alter the environment then a spirit could.

It's really not that hard to encourage paranormal activity actually, but if your in the presence of any entity I  wouldn't allow them to drain your body's energy just so you can see stuff move by itself. Very bad idea.
