Urania and Milton

Following Rastus' advice, I raised my vibration and found myself in mental communication with 1674's John Milton.

Hear my confession, young one. 'Paradise Lost,' is an elaborate fabrication, extense of creative licence exploiting an already popular base. In truth, I was the Mel Gibson of my time, who wondered if the stories of the Bible could be told in a more marketable fashion.

Although, such creation is beautiful! The nightly sessions I wrote, visited me a spirit from the East, a heav'nly dream of form, nigh, feature, a muse named 'Urania.' She had pleasant curvatures, and massive titties."

At once, I understood what he meant, for I was overcome by Urania's powerful, sharp "voice."

Brace, but soft! I have watched o'er you, from my palace in the stars. As the children of our astral race, you are giants of thought and soul. Still a miracle, young and new, you laugh and cry without reason. You spoil your playground and your cradle; you soil yourselves. You needn't cry, for we will soon lift you up from your crib, and change you. When you are ready, we will train you properly in [Celestial Toiletry?]."

Some method of cleansing our thoughts and realities. It is too complex to put into words, but I suspect that black holes are involved.

And you will follow the glorious rules we have lain out for you, for they are there for your own protection. If you do not behave, you will be spanked. Bad boy! Oh, you will be spanked!

It was at this point, for a split second, that I entered into an altered state of consciousness, and came into direct contact with Urania. I tried to learn more from her, but I couldn't stop laughing.

Sorry, I'm new at this. But I think she knew that I was ticklish.

Also,  thanks for posting on Milton.  I ran across an antique copy of Paradise Lost about a year ago in a local shop and bought it.  It's so old it doesn't even have a copyright on it. - Beautiful book - lots of gold - and drawings.

I have it on a display stand in the bookcase right beside me.

My sentiments exactly, Nay. I was very surprised at Milton's candor with me. He seemed eager to use modern terminology, to coommunicate that he had achieved oneness with his inner adolescent.
