Well, Fox was was banned because leftists  started cry foul, they don't like conservatives as we all know and Soros is an evil master manipulator(God according to him) which prefers socialism/kommunism because it empowers him etc etc.

While I greatly dislike Fox News, since they have obvious and open ideological affiliations which they allow to taint their presentation of every matter they address, throwing the idea of media neutrality and unbiased reporting out the window, and also happen to disagree with pretty much everything Beck says, I will say that he might be right about Soros.

There really is very little stopping a person from playing the puppetmaster with the machinery of economics if the rules governing their functioning are understood well enough. I think this fact is one reason (besides many others, some of which rooted in fact, some not) that people postulate the existence of an illuminati class. People want to believe that someone is there pulling the strings, and the machine is not running itself unattended, which is itself a very scary idea.

I watch Fox and Friends in the morning, I wish they would keep Dana in Gretchen's place...Gretchen is a little too religious for my taste and she seems to get offended by jokes that are too colorful.  Cavuto is awesome! Shep Smith is another good one.. I used to say he was an alien because of his eyes..hehe.. but I like his style.  Let's see.. ummm... Megyn Kelly is awesome too. That girl has got her stuff together, she is a formidable opponent.  Chris Wallace is fair and balanced, I like him.  Stossel is awesome as well!  I watched O'reilly last night to see the Bush interview.. my goodness I miss that man compared to Obumer.  but I don't have to watch Bill everyday and Hannity is ok too, but I like his forums much better. 

As to Beck... I have tried to watch him and if he isn't crying, he's talking about God and whatnot.  It makes me uncomfortable, but he certainly has his fans and I have to admit that if you watch him and don't understand him and his chalk board, then you aren't paying attention.  He connects all the dots, makes all the points, and shows his work, I have to admire the man for that much.  I just let my Mother-n-law watch him, give me the low down and save me the pain of cringing every other minute. 

I have to disagree with you Stillwater, I don't believe you have watched FOX because if you have, you would not say that they are bias.. that is utter BS.  They are the most UNBIASED station on today.  You sound like you are merely parroting what some liberal station has told you.  I would love for you to give me some examples of how they are throwing neutrality out the window, please.  They ALWAYS have a Democrat spoke person to give the left view, in fact they have several that are on their shows on a daily basis. 

Now let us have look at CNN, MSNBC, shall we?...... they are full of democrats to the ceiling, to the ceiling my friend!  They are the bias stations, they are the ones that only state one side, and they are the ones who are always making fun of the conservatives.  Liberals, when faced with the daunting task of giving actual facts usually resort to personal attacks that involve name calling, and bullying and thank goodness we now have FOX to show the American people what bias, bullies they are.  It has taken FOX ten years to get the public to stop drinking the kool-aid that Hollywood and liberal media backhandedly poured down our gullible throats and I, for one love it.  Do you know that democrats now are under fire for putting lies into our children's history books?  It's out of control and they need to be stopped.  PC is out of control and needs to be stopped. 

Now that the Republicans have taken control of the House, they need to back up their words, and trust me, I'll be there watching and making sure they do, right along side of FOX News.

I agree with PR, I am also conservative leaning in my views, but I dont take advice from any mainstream news corporations, whether left or right they use misinformation and propaganda at every turn. And yes, I believe most Scandinavian countries are socialist, although, they seem to make it work for themselves pretty good, and most scandinavian countries are amongst the best in the world for HDI, economy, wealth etc. Anyways, if your country banned just FOX and no other mainstream news channels, I wouldn't view it as a good thing at all. It means your government is trying to shift the political spectrum to liberalism in your country, which tends to hate the traditional values and culture of the majority of citizens.

To me a liberal is someone who recognizes a group and not an individual.  They believe in sharing the wealth, which means giving others what someone else has worked hard for.  They hate big business, but LOVE big govt.  You can't have big govt. because businesses can not compete with govt. due to the fact that they can print money.  Liberal's love special interest groups because they can use and spend other people's money.  Liberals are very generous with OTHER people's money.  

Obama is a Marxist and socialist which is only a hard core liberal view, IMO.  I'm sorry but I very much dislike the liberal/democrat views and policies.  Let's talk about Unions, they are by far liberal based.  Why do we even need them anymore??  We have labor laws.    If you really take a non-bias look at what Unions have done for this country in the past, oh let's say thirty years, you'd see that they've destroyed more than they've helped.  They are notorious for putting businesses out of business, due to their unrealistic expectations.  Whatever happened to a person keeping their job, because they were good at it?  Not because they'd been there for ten years, but by their job performance.

Liberals have made this country, weak, corrupt, unfair, unjust, lazy, greedy...etc.  I think you get the point.  Liberals for decades have tried to blame Republicans and called them the racist and the money mongers, yet all of their actions over decades have screamed just that.  That's another point.. liberals need black people and poor people to feel less than, to stay the victim if you will or they will loose many votes.

This is what really chaps my hide about the bias "media".  Chris Matthews (I have a tingle up my leg) fantasized: "at some point somebody's going to jam a CO2 pellet into his head and he's going to explode like a giant blimp."
