Hello friends!

I have recently started meditating again after a three year break.

When I did meditate I did it everyday for a year so I have some experience.

It was really shocking when I started again, it only took a couple of times for all the sensations and the same state of mind to return to me. It seems meditation is like muscle memory.

On to my question!

Yesterday I took a nap. I always meditate when I'm in bed and I could feel mild vibrations after 30 seconds!

Later in the evening I tried again but this time tired and I felt them after 5 seconds.

Today I was really sleepy and watched youtube movies about obe(might be significant) in my bed when I again felt them. They where subtle but I felt them.

Questions!

* is this normal for you guys aswell?
*what can I do to increasa the power?
*can I be imagining? The only relaxed part of my body was my legs(when I was watching youtube) and they did feel numb but under all these sessions I've been very much body aware when the light vibrations kicked in.

Sorry for wot and bad english!

Much love

I've read it but didn't get all the answers.
Did I miss them?

Your questions, word for word, aren't directly answered.
The concepts of them are understandable from the post though.

Vibrations are completely normal.  Some people experience them, some don't.  I used to, but no longer.
"Increase the power"?  Have you tried focusing upon them and using your Intent to increase them?  I caution though, the vibrations aren't "the goal"... they're a signpost.  There's no real reason to 'increase' them.  They're a signpost that reads, "You're on the right path, just keep doing what you're doing".  :)
You can be imaging, yes.  Using your imagination at this point is what we call a Mental Rundown.  Do a quick forum search for that.

* yes it is

* Practice more to maintain it. Practice is needed... like practice for anything.

* The vibrations are physical feeling in nature. You were part imagining it... part not. It's not important. Just go with it.

You are concentrating too much on the tiny little things. In the long run they are unimportant. It is like learning how to run and describing each muscle movement or the feel of the wind. Neither are important nor needed to experience running.

All you need to do is practice and not worry whether anything is 'normal'. We all understand that these are new things to you but you will after more practice experience things a lot more extraordinary than what you describe.

You will experience SP a lot more powerfully and sooner when practicing after a nap... that is certain.
