Almost Stuck In another Persons Body

I found myself in another persons body randomly when I woke up. My awareness was about 75%. I was in this weird town at this book festival. I was one of the authors of a book I persume but I didn't wanna go around town asking somebody if they knew my name cause I didn't wanna be conspicuous. After walking around a bit I got Hungary! Which I've never ever gotten Hungary in a dream or OBE before. After that I thought about what might happen if I eat a hot dog. Would I kill this person or would it affect my physical body in some way? I just bought one and ate it. It was one of those foot long carnival dogs. It tasted pretty good. Then outta know where a man started to act insane and said your me . There where poilce men there and they arrested him for it. I then ran around the corner and opened a door that led to a factory of some sort. When I opened the door it was a slotter house. After that I said hello is anyone here I need your help. Know one answered. Then I went to another building and found someone that could help me and he said he was writing a book about astral travel and the book was called mind body awarenes by I forgot the name. After that I lied down on the bed and I asked him if he could help me get back in my physical body and he said yes. Then he drew a skull and he said I have to concentrate on the middle of my skull which is where the pineal gland lies. After that I woke up. He also said something about ending up in hell if I didn't get it right. I'm not doing this stuff on purpose so I don't know why I would end up there!

Sometimes, it happens that you take the control of someone else's body, only to find out later that it was a past life experience.
Because taking control of someone else's body would not happen unless it's someone who's spirit has already left that body. (Dead)
It's either past life experience or your higher self showing you what you would look like.
Or eventual reincarnation body.
Here's why, it's much easier to incarnate someone you have already been, or that you are yet to become.
One reason for this is that it would be too easy to take control of people's body.
We think we are in someone else's body when we either saw one of our past lives and changed our body accidentally to this person's.
Or we receive the information on the past life and it feels like we lived everything back again.
And it gets even more confusing if you've had unimaginable number of past lives.
You forget those other lives and then you incarnate someone who you don't remember at all. Only the experience which would feel like a déjà-vue.
I don't think anyone can really transfer bodies. Even Monroe... I think he just lived one of his past lives.
I don't say it's impossible tho... I just think it's unlikely unless with technology.
Because Spiritually, the spirit is too strong to get pushed out of his body like that.
