Okay So I've been practicing meditation for about two years now, and within the past few months I've been practicing projecting.

Well here's the point that I get to-
First I'll practice with meditation, clearing my mind and focusing on the natural white noise in my head. Once I feel really relaxed, I will start telling myself, "Mind awake, Body asleep". I tell myself this over and over until it feels litterally like my body is asleep. I can tell when my body falls asleep, because once it does, it feels like it sinks, and then floats. It will then continue floating. sometimes it feels like its floating so fast that its pushing my eye lids open. I really have to struggle to keep my eye lids closed. But then my body feels like its floating so far up that it's completely on a story than my physical body. I can almost feel my body, but it feels SO far away, SO tiny.  It's hard to explain. But then my heart beat felt like it was going CRAZY. It felt almost like there was a rat in my chest trying to get out lol. It was crazy intense. Then It just died down slowly. I didn't know what to do from there.

I never get any vibrations though

But there was this one time, that it felt-PHYSICALLY-like something like a warp hole (the only way I can explain it) opened up in ON my forehead, right in the middle. It was SO intense that it scared me. I actually thought that someone had came downstairs and poked me in the forehead lol

Could someone please just explain some of this to me??
Or tell me where to go from here?

i thought any attention you give to your body brings you back to your body.
