Going up staires?

Okay The first time I've projected I woke up because I saw stairs and I had no clue how to go up them. It was my first time projecting when it happened so I wasn't comfortable with my astral body yet.

Anyone know any tricks?

Get more used to the state and 'move' up them.  :)
Practice makes perfect afterall.
