Astral Body Confused with Ghosts

I'm wondering if anyone has ever projected to a remote location such as a friends or relatives home, and they have seen your astral body in some way and then confused it as a ghost?  I was just reading some interesting cases where people were able to project to a friend's room and the friend thought they saw a ghost.  They were able to verify the date and time.

I have a friend who astral projected over to her neighbour's house, and they saw her in full, solid form!

I guess it depends on the amount of energy the projector has at the time of projection.

Anyone know of any techniques to induce this?
