Yes.. the one thing about my iPod that I hate is I can't just play a single track.. it automatically goes to next.. or I can loop the single track over and over.. but that has its problems as well because once you reach the right state, you don't necessarily want the thing going over and over again.

Simo

Well It was my fault here I forgot to put that track only hehe

Make a blank track and put it after the one you want to listen to.

Boom

Anyone got a link to this track? I always like to try anything which other people have found beneficial to them :)

What you do is create a new playlist, then add just that one track to it.
It'll play it once, then stop.  :)

You can try the one I made.
You can download it from here: http://unlimitedboundaries.ca/2011/02/02/new-4hz-binaural-beat/

It's what I usually use.

light487

So it's a proper stereo one? I've only been trying the Iso's up till now.. and couldn't be bothered with making a Binaural myself..

Yuppers, it's a full stereo binuaral beat.

So what are you supposed to do when you listen? you meant to drift to sleep? and you meant to keep still?

Well, a Binaural Beat won't do anything "for you".
While listening to them, just semi-focus on the "beat" that you hear... while you go about whatever exercise/method/technique you're doing.  :)

Well in this case the track is supposed to encourage vibrations do do you just keep your mind blank and hope some vibrations start or what?

If anyone needs a MP3 version you can just search mp3 converter and it will come up :)

Binaurals don't "encourage" anything either.
They simply place your mind into a more receptive state.

Now, receptive to "what" exactly?  That "WHAT" is what you need to do.  The "WHAT" is the action you take to move you towards your goal.
That's all.  :)

You can, literally, sit/lie there listening to these binaural beats for hours on end and they'll do nothing for you.
Now, someone might say "well I've done that... I've sat there listening to them and I've felt stuff".  Well, no, you haven't "just sat" there, you've sat there listening, probably intently.  That's doing something... that something is "placing your intent towards listening to them intently".  THAT is enough... THAT is doing something.  :)

So really, it's all a state of mind and what you place your Intent towards while listening to them.

Well I didn't have any "luck" with it last night but I'd just got back from a big meal at a restaurant and didn't get that much sleep the night before, so it wasn't surprising that I feel asleep while listening. The beat was very immersive though I have to say.

K thanks but is the idea to drift to sleep while listening or not?

light487

Nah.. unless you want to sleep.. :)

There are other tones for Lucid Dreaming but this one, from what I udnerstand, is for concious Astral projection. So you would try to achieve a "BodyAsleep/MindAwake" (BAMA) state of awareness while listening. At that point, as suggested by Ryan_ on his website, you could use various techniques to make your inner focus greater. He suggested the "Noticing Technique" but anything that deepens that inner focus is what you should be doing. Then move toward having an OBE.

What is the BEST binaural track to help with vibrations when you are going to sleep? I trying to find the best track for this across the internet. I am thinking this could be probably the best thing to encourage the body to vibrate and to exit from when drifting to sleep.

Gummage

Anyone know bout this? best binaural track to help with vibrations when drifting off?

Simo

There were some in BWgens site that claimed to help with vibrations, but never worked on me as i remember.Check their presets
