for other reading you might try www.astralvoyage.com though her "guides" aren't as detailed as Bruce's.

also go to the permanent astral topics forum and read some of those posts.

I would agree with the above... just a suggestion read up everything you can on exit sensations and controling your fears. When I first started I botched several projections because it freaked me out. I thought it would be more like a dream than something so realistic you don't know it's not "real".

Alright i was reading up on somthing and then it took me to a post on this site then I went to the main page i guess where all the posts are. I started reading some long posts on OBEs and APs and it sounds really interesting and i would like to try it. I just want to know what are some things i should know before attempting and the first steps?
