Difficulties in Astral Projection

Whenever i try astral projection and energy starts building up, i experience a blockage in Solar Plexus. After this it becomes very difficult for me to continue trying the projection.

When i meditate and there is high energy flow, i face the same problem.

Can somebody help :?:
