Displacement of my assemblage point.

A few weeks ago i came home from work very late. As with most nights i sat in a comfortable spot and began my relaxation technique. As soon as i was relaxed i tryed out a new technique i learned that (to make a long story short) Gets me into the vibes very fast. I visualize but also feel myself vibrating or more like flowing very slowly and gently. I than feel all my energy and speed it up to an very fast paced vibration. As i begin to feel the two differant vibrations on this night (while awake) i look down at my hand and can actually see the energy body shakeing and wanting to "leave" since i never had this experiance (while awake) i just let it flow and progress with my relaxation until i no longer feel myself. I glance down again and can see my energy body (a bright gold color) is so exited that its shaking almost 3 inches past my body on either side of my hand. Im a bit scared of course not having done this from a complete awake state. But its overridden by will and pure curiosity. As i do this i can feel my assemblage point centered and seemingly moving all over. I know that is not possible so after a bit more attention i realize its not moving all over its just moving around with my energy body. I can feel it pinpoint on my aura like a laser to a point where it almost hurts. i can feeel all my energy flowing perfect through my chakra and my spine. And than i (for lack of a better word) slip my point slightly down and to the side just the smallest amount. As i do that i started to recieve a multitude of thoughts that seem to flow into me from all directions. I can tell they are not my own because some leave me searching for answers that i already know. Undramatically i decide that since its my first time i dont want to move away from my body (ya ya i know whimp) so i gain a bit of myself back and move a bit. But than when i do finally get up to go to bed its a battle the whole way it feels like im wanting to split i have to fight to keep from seemingly walking away from myself...After i get to bed i have the seperate voices for about an hour and doze off. The voices were not so surprising ive had them many other times but usually just one. anyways i have a voice continually saying to me that my energy body is now complete and things will be differant now...Oh yes they have been. One last thing the time im in bed i can here a song a recent and popular song its perfect like i have the cd on next to me or something. Of course i did not remember the song after wakeing.

wow, you could see a Gold color? That sounds awesome.

Can this be related to how one would see and aura? I was just reading one of the topics in the aura section,

The view times I've seen what seems to be my ethereal body, all I could see is in gray scale, so either I'm color blind atm, or I'm the equivalent of a leper spiritually.

Yes im pretty sure it was my aura or part of it while i was playing...
I was pretty intent on relaxing and trying not to think about to much bs so i could keep it going. But as i experiance more ill be aware of more just like while sleeping.
The interesting thing is that all the voices were people from a forum i frequent. I know all of them well.
each person would tune into a differant chakra and thats how i would recieve the voice/info. I focus my third eye usually on my aura and it allows the entire body to be receptive. After to talking to all of them it was cool because each person said that that was the chakra they had recently been working on....
