Well, I definitely do think that the presence of these entities is my "fault", so to speak. I know that they are likely creations of my own mind, here to teach me a lesson. I don't blame it on anyone else, not even them. However, I would like to get rid of them. I think that's the challenge.

Most things you experience or things you see are due to hypnopompic or hypnagogic hallucinations. Some people actually believe they are being abducted or visited by some evil spirit, when all it is is a hallucination.
