Drawing the letter c

I recently read about SOME Method were you draw the letter c on you right index finger i wanted to read more but the link  some one had posted did not work can some one tell me about it?

This is an awesome method when used in combination with reality checks.  If I remember correctly it worked the first night I tried it.  Maybe I should start doing this again.... hmmmm...
